Our Concierge Medicine Form allows you to request one-on-one, coordinated veterinary services that fit your pet’s ongoing care plan. This helps our team understand your specific needs and ensure you receive the attentive, individualized service you deserve.
Concierge Medicine Information
- Monthly Subscription: $130
- Annual Subscription: $1300
Subscribers receive 10% off all Outside Diagnostics, 15% off all in-house diagnostics as well as medications and procedures, and 100% discount on all consult/exam fees.
Subscribers are also provided direct access to staff members outside of business hours
(Some exclusions may apply.)
Cancellation must be given at least 30 days prior to the next payment, and same-day sign-up is available and will then be applied to any future visits.
