Louisville Veterinary Urgent Care was founded by Dr. Tyler Pelfrey, a skilled veterinarian with extensive experience in emergency and urgent care medicine. After seeing a growing need in the community for accessible, same-day veterinary services, Dr. Pelfrey and his family set out to create a practice that would make high-quality, stress-free urgent care available to pets throughout Louisville.
The clinic was built around a core belief: your pet’s health shouldn’t have to wait.
By offering walk-in availability, same-day appointments, and extended weekend hours (Friday through Monday), our team ensures that families have access to trusted veterinary care when their regular clinic is closed or unavailable.
